Do you charge per user?
No. SimpleKPI is one flat price with unlimited users included. Your cost never changes based on how many people you add, so your whole team can work with your KPIs without any additional charges.
Are AI features included, or do they cost extra?
Everything AI in SimpleKPI is included in the flat price. There are no AI credits, meters, or usage caps to keep track of. Ask questions about your data, build dashboards, and generate reports with AI as much as you like.
Is there a free trial included?
Yes, you can take a free 14-day trial with no obligation to subscribe. The trial includes every feature SimpleKPI has to offer and does not require a credit card, so you can see if it's the right fit for your business before you commit to a subscription.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions have no contractual period, so you can cancel any time. Annual subscriptions have a 30 day goodwill refund period from the date of the charge, whether that is your first payment or a renewal, less merchant and administration fees where applicable. What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited means there are no limits on the number of users, dashboards, reports, KPIs, or data that you can use in SimpleKPI. There are no hidden fees or complicated pricing models to worry about.
Is SimpleKPI cheaper than building my own KPI tracker?
Usually, yes. A basic homebuilt tracker takes around 40 hours, replicating a full KPI platform with role-based access, anomaly detection, and testing takes months to years, and your time is the most expensive line item. Will I be charged after my trial ends?
No. We won't ask for your credit card up front, and you are free to subscribe at any time during the trial or when the trial is up.
Is there a discount for charities and non-profit organizations?

Can I pay via bank transfer?
Absolutely. You can pay by invoice and bank transfer for annual subscriptions.

Yes. Priority email support is included for every customer. You also get full access to a comprehensive online knowledge base and resources.
Is training included?

Is tax added to the price?
No, there are no taxes added to the advertised price of a subscription. However, if you are a UK customer then VAT will be added to the subscription price at the point of signup. This can be seen on the billing page of the application and also on the invoice.
